There’s nothing quite like packing up my saddlebags for a motorcycle trip with my daughter. The assignment was to convince non-bed and breakfast folk that they should explore beyond the cookie cutter hotel/motel options. Being on the motorcycle we naturally choose to ride along the St Croix River Valley so as to enjoy the many winding scenic roads, parks and towns along the way. Having been to about sixty-three Inns in ten different states I am obviously an enthusiast and jumped at the opportunity to show off some local businesses. There are many amazing Inns and thus it was exceedingly difficult to limit myself to covering just three. I am hopeful that I can at least wet your appetites and get you to consider supporting these independent businesses that lead with their hearts....
